FOR WEFT BREAK DETECTION IN CIRCULAR LOOMS

Spradecom launches RF-150 for weft break detection in Circular looms in Technical Collaboration with ATI-Gab, a revolutionary concept is a direct replacement for conventional photo reflective Sensor.

FRO Sensor ( RF-150 ) operates on a 24 V AC / DC power source, microprocessor based detector continuously scans the radio waves generated from FRO transmitter mounted on each Bobbin.

Whenever there is a Weft breakage or when few turns of threads remaining in Bobbin, the transmitter stops transmitting the Signals which is detected by Micro-Processor based detector unit which is mounted 150mm away from shuttle. FRO Sensor can be directly installed on each bobbin.
